Groundbreaking scheduled for next April, with construction expected to take 13 to 15 months.
The project was approved last week by an Anderson zoning board, thus allowing the 38,000 square-foot extension that is intended to result in 100 more slot machines, a new restaurant and bar space, and a new drive-through area for valet parking.
